What type of payments are accepted?
We are currently utilizing Paypal’s services to handle payment processing. This is to protect both the buyer and ourselves.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Due to the lower cost of our products, we do not accept refunds. All sales are final. However, if you do experience any issues with your received product(s), please let us know. We want to work with you to ensure that your order is proper. Refund requests due to the buyer’s misunderstanding will not be honored.
Do you have any specials for bulk orders?
If you plan on ordering bulk whether for personal or retail, please email us at contact@xmdrn.com for details. We are more than happy to give discounts.
What is the processing and shipping time?
Processing usually takes 24-48 hours, to pack and send to the local post office. Shipping depends on USPS; as we send orders through untracked letter mail. Domestic orders tend to take 2-7 business days for delivery. International orders can take additional time. We cannot control the shipping time once the letter is dropped off at the post office. However, expedited shipping is an option for an add-on fee.
Who is responsible for the customs fees?
The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their region. xMdrn is not responsible for delays or fees due to customs.
Can I change the shipping information from my order?
As long as the order has not been dropped off at the local post office, we can fix the shipping information by sending us a message via contact@xmdrn.com. Please include any additional information that can help us verify your identity/order, to avoid identity fraud (somebody else attempting to route your order elsewhere).
How much is shipping?
First-class shipping with no tracking is free in the US via USPS, and $0.75 worldwide.
If you want expedited and/or tracked shipping, please message me for a separate link :).
Why are the stickers priced as-is?
There are multiple factors included. Shipping is factored into the cost of the sticker, as well as various costs associated with producing the sticker and packaging material.
Did you draw the stickers?
Yes! Stickers are drawn through Adobe Illustrator or Procreate.
